Vishal Organic Farm

Vishal organic farm is located at Attur in Chintamani, away from noisy and polluted present day’s busy world. This beautiful Natural farm is owned and maintained by Mr. Somesh. Desi cows, hens, sheep, rabbit, earthworms, lots and lots of soil micro-organisms are the members of this Natural farm. Fed-up with the huge amount of mineral fertilizers and chemical pesticides used in his village by farmers and the damage caused by them to soil and human health, Mr. Somesh decided to build a self-sustained farm with all organic inputs and zero dependence on fertilizers and pesticides. With this he learnt and adopted natural farming practices in his farm from 2019.

All the seasonal vegetables, greens and papaya are cultivated year round. This lushness with village touch makes the farm ideal for spending a day with your family peacefully in nature’s lap. Mr. Somesh and his family are very cordial and also informative. Your children can know more about the nature, food, farm animals and how they are interdependent.

• Petting and feeding the farm animals
