Rajmudi rice is a variety of aromatic rice grown in Kerala without bio-fertilizer, by farmer S. R. Patil from KNS Farm. It is minimally processed, unrefined, and of superior quality, boasting a unique flavour, aroma, and texture. Marked by short and thick grains of a natural reddish-brown hue, it has high dietary fibre, antioxidants, and phytonutrients, making it beneficial for heart health and immunity. As compared to polished white rice, it has a lower glycaemic index, making it suitable for diabetics.
