Description
Our Star Fruit pickle is made from naturally grown organic unripened star fruit from our farm. Its prepared based on a traditional Assami/Bengali recipe and tastes spicy, mustardy with slightly sour notes. Ingredients used include star fruit, cold pressed mustard oil, Himalayan rock salt, assam chili, etc. Contains garlic. Like all our pickles it contains less oil and salt and has no preservatives, additives, stabilisers and any chemicals and hence needs refrigeration for shelf life.
