Garlic chives sourced from Gowramma farm, 55km away from the Bengaluru, are Naturally Grown. The combination of a chive-like appearance and strong garlic flavor makes garlic chives a popular seasoning. It is grown and used as a substitute for garlic and onion in cooking.
You can use garlic chives for Flavorful Seasoning, Stir-Fries, Sauteed Dishes, Dips and Sauces, Asian Cuisine, and infused oils and vinegars.
