We are excited to bring you this artisanal pizza kit you can easily craft at the convenience of your home. With the freshly harvested organic ingredients provided, we believe you can build a pizza that is much better than any commercially available pizza in the market. The provided contents should be sufficient to make at least 2 medium sized pizzas. 

Contents of the box: 

1. Pizza dough
2. Freshly made pizza sauce
3. Fresh A2 mozzarella cheese
4. Extra virgin olive oil with seasoning
5. Italian basil
7. Mixed microgreens
8. An additional organic topping freshly harvested from our farm
9. Easy to follow instructions

Ingredients Used:

Pizza Dough: Organic whole wheat flour, organic all purpose flour, organic amaranthus flour, organic mixed millet flour, extra-virgin olive oil, yeast, sourdough culture, salt, dimerera sugar

Pizza Sauce: Organic roma tomatoes, Italian basil, organic onion, organic garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, red pepper, salt, black pepper, lakadong turmeric

Organic Microgreens: Any 3 of Radish, broccoli, pok choi, bull's beets, red cabbage, sunflower, etc.

Olive Oil Seasoning: Extra virgin olive oil, oregano, rosemary, thyme, red pepper, Himalayan rock salt, fresh ground black pepper

Fresh Mozzarella Cheese: Made from organic A2 milk in the traditional Italian long ripening method
